Account Registration and Responsibilities Users must create an account to place orders. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility. We may suspend or terminate accounts if we suspect fraud or violation of these terms. 3. Marketplace Disclaimer Dazzarly operates as an online marketplace that connects customers with independent vendors offering natural and organic products. While we strive to ensure that all vendors on our platform provide accurate product information and maintain high-quality standards, Dazzarly does not manufacture, own, or directly sell any of the products listed on the site. Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other related details are provided by the respective vendors and may be subject to change without prior notice. We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any product information displayed on the platform. All purchases are made at the customer’s discretion and risk. Dazzarly shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from product use, vendor behavior, or reliance on product information listed on the platform. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify product suitability before making a purchase. 4. Orders and Payment All orders must be placed exclusively through our official website. Payments are required to be made online at the time of purchase, and orders will only be processed and shipped upon successful receipt of payment. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on our platform. 5. Order, Cancellation, and Refund Policy 5.1 Order Cancellation Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it will be processed for shipping. Customers may cancel their order within 1 hour of placing it. After this window, cancellation is not guaranteed. Due to the nature of our products (mostly natural/organic items), we do not accept exchanges. 5.2 Eligibility Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging. 5.3 Process To initiate a return, customers must contact us through our Contact Us page, email us at Support@dazzarly.com, or use the platform portal, providing the order number, relevant photos, and a clear description of the issue. Once the return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions to guide you through the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. 3.4 Refunds Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 business days to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and verified. The verification process ensures that the item meets our return criteria before initiating the refund. Please allow additional time depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing timelines. 6. User Conduct Users are strictly prohibited from: Providing false or misleading information (e.g., using a fake email address). Impersonating any individual or entity. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to delays, service interruptions, or loss of data. Furthermore, you specifically acknowledge and agree that Dazzarly shall not be held responsible for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct by any user or vendor on the platform. 9. Intellectual Property All platform content and features are the exclusive property of Dazzarly and its licensors. By submitting any content (e.g., reviews), you grant Dazzarly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display such content for promotional or operational purposes. 10. Compliance and Termination You must comply with all applicable laws and these terms. Dazzarly may, at its discretion: Request verification or additional documentation. Suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if there is any violation.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.
