1. Refund Policy
At Dazzarly, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Read our refund policy to understand the terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1.1 Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it will be processed for shipping.
Customers may cancel their order within 1 hour of placing it. After this window, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Due to the nature of our products (mostly natural/organic items), we do not accept exchanges.
1.2 Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging.
1.3 Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact us through our Contact Us page, email us at Support@dazzarly.com or use the platform portal, providing the order number, relevant photos, and a clear description of the issue. Once the return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions to guide you through the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
1.4 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 business days to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and verified. The verification process ensures that the item meets our return criteria before initiating the refund. Please allow additional time depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing timelines.
2. Shipping & Delivery
At Dazzarly, we take great care to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. Our products are shipped from Sri Lanka and India to customers across Europe, with reliable delivery partners ensuring a smooth experience from checkout to your doorstep.
2.1 Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to all major countries in Europe, including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Switzerland, and Norway.
2.2 Shipping Partners
International Shipping: Handled by DHL, our trusted global logistics partner.
Domestic Shipping (within Sri Lanka): Managed by reliable third-party courier services, vendors, or Dazzarly’s own delivery network, depending on vendors’ location and order type.
2.3 Shipping Time
Dazzarly ships both standard and customized products to Europe. Standard products are delivered within 10–25 days, while customized items may require extra processing time depending on the customer’s specifications.
2.4 Shipping Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight.
Free shipping may apply for selected products or promotional offers.
2.5 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you can view real-time updates on your product status under “My Orders” in your Dazzarly account.
